How do I know which program is right for me?

We’ll work together during your consultation to assess your goals and preferences. Based on that, I will recommend the best program that aligns with your fitness aspirations.

How often will I need to meet with you?

The frequency of our sessions depends on your individual goals and preferences. We can meet weekly, bi-weekly, or at a frequency that works best for you.

What equipment do I need for training?

It depends on your chosen program. For some programs, minimal equipment is needed, while others may require magic circle ring & ball, weights, resistance bands, or other tools. We’ll discuss this during your consultation.

How do I track my progress?

We’ll set measurable goals and regularly check in on your progress. You can track your workouts, nutrition, and overall wellness using our provided tools, and I will help you make adjustments as needed.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?

We understand that life happens! Please give us at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session, and we’ll work to find a new time that suits you. If you cancel your session less than 12 hours you will be charged a $20 late/cancelation fee.
